Unwrapping Christmas: Airing on Hallmark During Christmas in July
After originally airing during the 2024 Countdown to Christmas season, Hallmark is bringing the four movies in the Unwrapping Christmas Collection to Hallmark Channel for Christmas in July 2025. Let’s dive into the details about each of these movies headed for Christmas in July.
Unwrapping Christmas: A Closer Look
Unwrapping Christmas is a series of movies about the lives of a group of friends who all work together at All Wrapped Up. We have Tina, the owner, Mia the accountant, Lily the head of marketing, and Olivia the gift wrapping expert.
Max McGuire directed Olivia and Tina’s movies Max has 34 directing credits including Noel Next Door and Romance with a Twist.
Amy Force directed Mia and Lily’s storylines. Amy has 14 directing credits including two installments of The Love Club.
Due to the nature of this ensemble cast, Max and Amy had some crossover directing scenes!
Unwrapping Christmas: Tina’s Miracle
Premieres: Saturday, July 5, 2025 on Hallmark Channel
Stars: Natalie Hall (Road Trip Romance and Noel Next Door) and Alec Santos (A Machu Picchu Proposal)
Synopsis: Tina, a talented gift-wrapper, takes on the challenge of organizing the annual Christmas gala. However, a grumpy estate owner threatens to derail the festive event.

Unwrapping Christmas: Mia’s Prince
Premieres: Saturday, July 12th on Hallmark Channel
Stars: Kathryn Davis (Everything Puppies, A Christmas Carousel, Hearts Aroung the Table) and Nathan Witte (Gilded Newport Mysteries, Romance to the Rescue)
Synopsis: Mia’s life takes a fairytale turn when she meets Beau, a man straight out of her favorite romance novel. As they navigate the ups and downs of love, a meddling mother attempts to thwart their happily ever after.
Our First Impression: We can’t help but be wary of any storyline that hints at royalty. But hey, we’re all in on romance novels come to life. We think.
Unwrapping Christmas: Lily’s Destiny
Premieres: Saturday, July 19th on Hallmark Channel.
Stars: Ashley Newbrough (Operation Nutcracker) and Torrance Coombs (Reign)
Synopsis: Amidst the chaos of the holiday season, Lily, a hardworking marketing whiz, meets a charming realtor. As their connection grows, she wonders if he could be the perfect holiday gift.
Our First Impression: While nothing about the marketing/realtor storyline screams HOLIDAY MAGIC to us, we know that Ashley Newbrough finds a way to shine, so consider us in-escrow on this one.
Unwrapping Christmas: Olivia’s Reunion
Premieres: Saturday, July 26th on Hallmark Channel
Stars: Cindy Busby (A Whitewater Romance, Everything Christmas), Jake Epstein (Mistletoe Murders, Eight Gifts of Hanukkah)
Synopsis: Olivia finds herself trapped in a cabin with her ex-boyfriend Ben. The time together allows them to explore the idea of a second chance at romance.
Our First Impression: Oooooh, the trapped together trope! We’re guessing there’s only one bed, too!
