Sold Out Hallmark Christmas Cruise: Dates & Destinations (2025)
Hallmark’s Christmas Cruise is returning even bigger this year! The 2025 sailing is officially sold out, and here’s everything we know:
- Dates: November 6 to November 10, 2025
- Route: Embark from Miami, Florida, and sail to Cozumel, Mexico, aboard the newly renovated Norwegian Joy.
This marks a departure from the 2024 cruises, which set sail for Nassau in the Bahamas. In 2025, guests will enjoy a new tropical escape with a stop in vibrant Cozumel – famous for its crystal-clear waters, world-class snorkeling and diving, and access to ancient Mayan ruins.
Hallmark is once again teaming up with Sixthman to deliver a magical holiday experience at sea. This year’s festivities aboard the spacious Norwegian Joy—nearly twice the size of the 2024 ship – will feature beloved traditions like the tree lighting ceremony, cookie decorating, Christmas karaoke, holiday-themed panels, and the exclusive premiere of a brand-new Hallmark Channel Christmas movie.

Will They Document the Cruise Again?
Building on the success of the docuseries Christmas at Sea, Hallmark and Big Fish Entertainment may be gearing up to film a second season during the 2025 cruise. A casting call issued in June hints that cameras could once again be rolling onboard, capturing all the festive fun at sea.
How Much Access Will Fans Have to the Hallmark Stars?
One of the most common questions: Will the stars really join in on the fun?
The answer is – absolutely. From ugly Christmas sweaters to pajama-clad dance parties, the Hallmark stars don’t just show up – they lean all the way in. They’re not just on the cruise, they are the entertainment.
As for fan access, here’s what we experienced on the 2024 cruise:
- Official Photo Ops: There is one scheduled group photo opportunity with the stars. It moves quickly, so don’t expect time for autographs, hugs, or extended conversations.
- Cameos Around the Ship: While the stars do have access to private elevators and backstage hallways to help navigate the ship smoothly, many are happy to mingle during non-event times. (We ran into Kristoffer Polaha at the buffet!)
- Post-Event Meetups: Several stars – including fan-favorite Tyler Hynes – often stick around after panels and performances to take photos and chat briefly with fans.
Our best advice: Be patient, stay respectful, and soak in the magic. You never know when you’ll find yourself next to a Hallmark heartthrob in the cookie line.
