This week on Girls Gone Hallmark, we’re leaning hard into forbidden feelings with Providence Falls: An Impossible Promise. Time-traveling detective Liam is back, juggling murder investigations and matters of the heart as he fights his own feelings for Cora while nudging her toward her so-called soulmate, DA Finn Walsh. Can they rewrite destiny, or is the past doomed to repeat itself?

  • Providence Falls: Chance of a Lifetime kicks off a three-part Hallmark mini-series filled with romance, mystery, and a twist of destiny. We’re taking a deeper dive into everything you need to know about this unique Hallmark event here.
  • An Impossible Promise was directed by Siobhan Devine. 
  • Katie Stevens plays Cora. Katie has 15 acting credits, including 52 episodes as Jane Sloan on the series The Bold Type. She’s also appeared in the reboots of Fantasy Island and CSI: Vegas, and the MTV series Faking It. This is her first Hallmark project.
  • Lachlan Quarmby plays Liam. Lachlan has 18 acting credits, including the series Allegiance and Firefly Lane. He previously appeared on Hallmark in the 2021 movie A Very Merry Bridesmaid.
  • Evan Roderick co-stars as Finn. Evan has been a Hallmark regular over the past few years, with a recurring role as Arthur in the reboot of Aurora Teagarden Mysteries. He also starred in Leah’s Perfect Gift, Sealed with a List, and A Tale of Two Christmases.
  • Felicia Simone plays Cora’s friend Suzette. Felicia has 29 acting credits, with roles in The Handmaid’s Tale and Schmigadoon!. She portrayed the character Jones in both Three Wise Men movies.
  • Amitai Marmorstein plays angel Agon. Amitai is best known for roles in Wayward PinesTracker, and Family Law. He’s also been on Hallmark in Round and Round (2023) and Eight Gifts of Hanukkah (2021).
  • Matty Finochio plays Police Chief Boyd Thompson. Matty has 115 acting credits and has popped up in Hallmark movies like Guiding Emily, Dream MomsMade for Each OtherThe Holiday SitterJust One Kiss, and Welcome to Mama’s – we could go on and on.
  • Paul McGillion plays Cora’s dad, James McCleod. Paul is another busy actor with 130 acting credits. He’s appeared in Hallmark movies like last year’s Falling TogetherChristmas in Tahoe, and An Unexpected Christmas.
  • Jessica Sipos plays Meredith Brady. You might recognize Jessica from her recent role as Ava in Love on the Danube: Royal Getaway. She’s also appeared in Betty’s Bad Luck in LoveA Season for Family, and had a recurring role as Sarah Mercer on Chesapeake Shores.
  • Keegan Connor Tracy plays angel Samael. She has over 80 acting credits, including the sitcom Blockbuster and 36 episodes of Once Upon a Time as the Blue Fairy, Mother Superior, and Zelena. Hallmark fans may also recognize her from Morning Show Mysteries and Garage Sale Mystery.
  • Glen Gordon plays troubled teen Dominic. He’s appeared in a long list of Hallmark projects, including Dream MomsUnexpected GraceOpen By Christmas, and Sweet Carolina – just to name a few.
  • Joining the cast as Magnus is Samer Salem. Samer was previously seen on The Chicken Sisters as Jay. He’s also appeared in the series Hudson and RexUntamed, and Allegiance.
  • Fulvio Cecere plays retired detective Leo. Fulvio has a deep resume of 189 acting credits including Timeless and Unrealas well as appearances in Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade and Chronicle Mysteries for Hallmark.
  • Niall Matter makes a surprise (to us) appearance as Bael from the Bad Place. Niall has been a Countdown to Christmasregular the past several years, and we’re hoping to see him in the lineup again this year.
