Hallmark Channel May 2026 Lineup: Every Movie, Premiere Date, and What to Expect

(Note: More movies may be added to this lineup — we’ll update as Hallmark announces!)

May is shaping up to be a very exciting month on Hallmark Channel in 2026, especially for those who have been waiting for more mystery movies! Sleuthers, this is your moment! Hallmark has officially branded this month as May for Moms, and the lineup delivers everything we love: big-name casts, fresh premises, and the kind of comfort-watch energy that’s perfect for Mother’s Day weekend and beyond.

Hallmark Channel May For Moms 2026 Movie Lineup

Here’s everything we know so far about Hallmark’s May 2026 movies.

Saturday, May 2 – Kentucky Roses

8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel | Streams next day on Hallmark+
Stars: Andrew Walker, Odette Annable, Ally Ledford, Peyton Meyer, Brynn Thayer, Gregg Henry

If you’re a Kentucky Derby fan — or just a fan of Andrew Walker in general (no judgment, same) — Kentucky Roses is going to feel like a gift. Hallmark partnered with Churchill Downs for this one, filming on location at the iconic racetrack, and it premieres on the same day as the 152nd Kentucky Derby. A+ timing, Hallmark.

The story follows Sadie Moore (Odette Annable), a greenhouse worker at Churchill Downs who dreams of becoming a florist and contributing to the Derby’s famous garland of roses just like her great-grandmother Gloria did back in 1932. Enter Ash Taylor (Andrew Walker), the son of Churchill Downs’ CEO, who shows up to do emergency repairs on the Twin Spires after storm damage. Sparks will fly, but not before the past intervenes with secrets of its own.

We love a dual timeline, and we love an on location shoot, and we’re very curious to see the jewelry collection associated with the film launching soon in Hallmark stores!

Saturday, May 9 – All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong

8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel | Streams next day on Hallmark+

Stars: Fiona Gubelmann, Paul Campbell, Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe, Melissa Peterman, Tamera Mowry-Housley

A school nurse turns her love of the game Mahjong into a new path, inspired by a jovial contractor fixing up her home, who encourages her to take a chance on the future. Okay, this cast. THIS CAST. Hallmark clearly knows what they’re doing putting Fiona Gubelmann, Paul Campbell, Melissa Peterman, Tamera Mowry-Housley, and Crystal Lowe in the same movie. We’re manifesting an ensemble scene where all five of them are at a mahjong table together.

All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong centers on Ronni (Gubelmann), a school nurse and devoted mom whose life gets upended all at once: her daughter leaves for college, her work hours get cut, and her ex is pushing to sell the home she loves. Amid the chaos, Ronni discovers she has a genuine talent for teaching mahjong. Then we have a charming contractor named Ben (Campbell) who’s doing some work on her home turns out to be more than just a friendly face.

A special note: Crystal Lowe, who plays one of Ronni’s mahjong group friends, has been openly navigating a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis since late 2025. Seeing her in this film feels meaningful, and we’re so glad she’s here.

Saturday, May 16 – Best Served Cold: A Hannah Swensen Mystery

8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel | Streams next day on Hallmark+
Stars: Alison Sweeney, Victor Webster, Barbara Niven

Alison Sweeney is back as everyone’s favorite amateur sleuth, and this installment sounds particularly twisty. When a suspect in a forgery case is murdered and the prosecutor goes missing, Hannah and Chad have to figure out how the two cases are connected, and crack them before the trial clock runs out.

We are hoping for some series sparks to fly between Hannah and Chad on this one!

Saturday, May 23 – True Justice: An Eye for an Eye

8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel | Streams next day on Hallmark+
Stars: Katherine McNamara, Markian Tarasiuk, Nikki DeLoach, Benjamin Ayres

The Justice Warriors are back, and this time they’re heading back to high school. When Sharon Warner, the President of Penn Charter’s Parent School Coalition, is convicted of vehicular homicide in the death of a fellow PSC member, the team takes on the case to exonerate a wrongfully convicted wife, mother, and passionate student advocate.

Even thought we called this troop the Scooby Gang in the first installment, we’re genuine fans. We appreciate that they take their subject matter seriously, while still translating that to a good time on screen. Katherine McNamara continues to be a compelling lead for this series, and having Nikki DeLoach and Benjamin Ayres in the cast is always a treat.

Saturday, May 30 – Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Key to the Castle

8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel | Streams next day on Hallmark+
Stars: Tamera Mowry-Housley, Risteard Cooper, Marco Grazzini Synopsis: TBA

Tamera Mowry-Housley returns for another installment of the Haunted Harmony Mysteries. That makes two movies for Tamera this month as she’s also appearing in All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong earlier in the month. Let’s call this Tamera appreciation month! No plot details yet, but we’ll update this post as soon as Hallmark releases more information.
