Hallmark is delivering an early Christmas gift! The Hallmark Christmas Experience is officially returning to Kansas City for the 2025 season—and it’s going to be even bigger than last year.
If you’ve been dreaming of stepping into the world of a Hallmark Christmas movie, this event is your chance. After attending last year, we can tell you: this is a holiday experience like no other, with intimate star moments, festive workshops, cozy shopping, and the unmistakable magic of a Hallmark holiday.

What are the dates for the Hallmark Christmas Experience?
The Hallmark Christmas Experience takes place every weekend from Thanksgiving to Christmas in Kansas City, Missouri—the home of Hallmark’s headquarters.

What to Expect
The Hallmark Christmas Experience is truly a Countdown to Christmas fan’s dream come true. Here’s a peek at what’s waiting for you this year:
- Create & Learn Workshops with Hallmark artists (think: canvas painting, wreath-making, ornament decorating)
- Photo opportunities and meet-and-greets with your favorite Hallmark stars (only guaranteed with the Find Magic package
- Signature dining experiences with a festive twist
- Stars on Stage: panels, holiday games, live fan experiences, and movie screenings
- Nightly tree lighting shows at Crown Center Square
- Christmas market shopping featuring local vendors and event-exclusive Hallmark merchandise
- A Hallmark Card sending station—mail holiday cards straight from the heart of the experience
- Festive food, drinks, and treats to keep the cozy vibes going
Last year, we loved how this event felt intimate even with so many attendees. There were plenty of opportunities to interact with the stars, and the nightly tree lighting shows were a beautiful (and FREE!) highlight.

Hallmark Christmas Experience Ticket Packages
Hallmark is offering several ways to experience the magic:
- Find Magic Ticket Package $699 per guest
- This is the most all-inclusive package available. If you want priority access and don’t want to miss a moment, this is the package for you.
- Find Magic Package Exclusives:
- Group Photo Op with the Stars – this is your one guaranteed chance to take a photo with the Hallmark stars in attendance for the weekend, and it’s only available to Find Magic Package holders
- Fast Lane to Stars on Stage – Priority seating = better views
- Find Magic VIP Lounge – A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds
- Early Access to Booking the Hallmark Bed & Breakfast Rooms at the Westin – These will sell out, so early access is a huge benefit
- PLEASE NOTE: Last year the Find Magic package was all inclusive. This year, many of the additional activities are an additional fee. Read the complete package inclusions carefully.
- Be Merry Ticket Package – $259 per guest
- The Be Merry package offers a lot of access to events without the hefty price tag of the Find Magic package.

- Ranging from $5 to $250 these tickets offer access to events like the light walk, dining experiences, Stars on Stage events, and Create and Learn creative classes.

Girls Gone Hallmark Tips for the Hallmark Christmas Experience
From our visit last year:
- The workshops were a standout! Some were included with tickets, others had an extra fee—but all were worth it.
- Crowds were manageable. Yes, it was busy, but it still felt special and never overwhelming.
- The nightly tree lighting show was a must-see. It happens multiple times each evening, so you’ll have plenty of chances to experience the magic.
- Hallmark stars really mingled with fans. We had genuine, personal moments that we’ll never forget.
If you’re planning to attend, we recommend arriving early to maximize your day and leaving room in your suitcase for all the exclusive merch and hand-crafted goodies from local vendors!
