If you’ve landed here after Googling Who won Finding Mr. Christmas? – welcome. Grab some cocoa. You’re in excellent company.

Hallmark’s reality competition series Finding Mr. Christmas has quickly become one of our favorite holiday side quests: charming contestants, festive challenges, heartfelt confessionals, and the kind of emotional investment that sneaks up on you when you thought you were “just casually watching.” What starts as a fun seasonal experiment somehow turns into opinions, strong attachments, and very real rooting interests.
So let’s break it all down, season by season – celebrating the winners, acknowledging the fan favorites, and revisiting the moments that made Finding Mr. Christmas such a standout part of the Hallmark holiday lineup.

Who Won Finding Mr. Christmas Season 2?
Craig Geoghan won Season 2 of Finding Mr. Christmas – and yes, he is officially part of the Hallmark movie universe now.
Craig appears in A Make or Break Holiday, marking his Hallmark movie debut. That alone is absolutely worth celebrating. Breaking into the Hallmark ecosystem is no small thing, and Craig made a strong impression throughout the season with his warmth, humor, and easy, natural screen presence.
That said…we do need to gently, lovingly talk about the prize.

The Prize Confusion
Throughout Season 2, viewers were told — repeatedly — that contestants were competing to become Hallmark’s next leading man, vying for:
- a leading role
- a starring role
So when the news was announced that Craig would appear in A Make or Break Holiday – a film already anchored by two established Hallmark leads – fans naturally started speculating about what his role would look like. We’ve since learned that Craig will play Reid, the brother of Liv played by Hunter King.

Craig absolutely shows up onscreen, and Reid serves a clear purpose within the story. But his role is firmly a supporting one, which helped explain why some viewers paused and said, “Okay… let’s unpack this.” Not because the role lacks value – but because it didn’t quite align with how the prize had been framed throughout the season.
Why Were Fans So Divided After Season 2?
A big part of the Season 2 reaction came down to expectations – and emotional investment.
Many fans had rallied hard behind Rustin Sailors, who quickly emerged as a fan favorite. His charisma, vulnerability, and on-screen presence made him feel like a ready-made Hallmark lead, and for a lot of viewers, his journey felt like the one the show was quietly building toward.

When Rustin didn’t come away with the win, disappointment was inevitable.
Honestly…this kind of passionate response is proof that Finding Mr. Christmas is doing something right. People deeply care.
Who Won Finding Mr. Christmas Season 1?
Ezra Moreland won Season 1, and his outcome was much more straightforward.

Ezra went on to star in Happy Howlidays, opposite Jessica Lowndes, in a true leading role. No qualifiers. No asterisks. Leading man, front and center.
He later appeared in Christmas On Duty, further cementing his place in the Hallmark lineup.
So… Did Finding Mr. Christmas Still Work?
Yes. Absolutely. Unequivocally.
Both seasons have introduced us to genuinely talented performers, created real fan investment, and added a fun, buzzy layer to the Hallmark holiday season. Even when the definition of “leading role” gets a little fuzzy, the heart of the show remains intact.

And if nothing else, Finding Mr. Christmas has proven one thing: Hallmark fans are paying attention.
