  • Chris McNally stars as Detective Beeks. Chris has previously co-starred in 63 episodes as Lucas Bouchard in “When Calls the Heart.” We last saw him in “3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost” alongside partner Julie Gonzalo.
  • Holland Roden plays tipline operator Maddie Moore. She has just one previous Hallmark credit having co-starred with Tyler Hynes in “Time For Him to Come Home for Christmas” in 2022.

  • Christine Conradt wrote the screenplay. She has 74 other writing credits, including a few of our Hallmark favorites like “As Luck Would Have It” and “On the 12th Date of Christmas.” She seems to prefer darker fare, having written scripts for movies like “Girlfriend Killer” and “Boyfriend Killer.”
  • Mother/Daughter directing duo Jessica and Cynde Harmon are responsible for “Tipline Mysteries.”
    • Jessica Harmon is an accomplished actor but also has 18 directing credits. The vast majority of these credits are for Hallmark and include “Rip in Time,” “Joyeaux Noel,” and “Dream Moms.”
    • This is Cynde Harmon’s first directing credit. She has served as a producer on 21 projects that include “Pumpkin Pie Wars,” “North to Home,” and “Christmas at the Golden Dragon.
