News and Notes: About Three Wiser Men and a Boy
- Terry Ingram returns to direct Three Wiser Men and a Boy. Terry has 96 directing credits and has been keeping busy with projects like The Real West, Love on the Danube: Love Song and The Wedding Cottage.
- Paul Campbell, Russell Hainline and Kimberly Sustad co-wrote Three Wiser Men and Boy.
- This is Paul’s first writing credit since Three Wiser Men and a Boy. As an actor he appears in this film as well as Falling Together and The Cases of Mystery Lane: Death is Listening, both this year.
- Russell Hainline is having a banner year. He wrote the Netflix smash hit Hot Frosty. He also wrote three movies in this year’s Countdown: The Santa Class, Christmas Under the Lights as well as Three Wiser Men and a Boy.
- Kimberly Sustad is also busy this year! She recently appeared in The Real West and also is in Hainline’s The Santa Class opposite Benjamin Ayres.
- Tyler Hynes stars as Taylor. Tyler recently appeared on both sailings of Hallmark’s Christmas Cruise. He will also appear at Christmas Con and two weekends of Hallmark’s Christmas Experience. As for acting, he appeared in all three Groomsmen movies and stars in Holiday Touchdown next weekend. Someone send Tyler and Jonathan Bennett on a much needed vacation.
- Andrew Walker stars as Luke. Andrew rounds out the busy dudes club. This year he has appeared in both Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans and Curious Caterer: Forbidden Fruit, For Love and Honey in the summer, and Jingle Bell Run just last week!
- Margaret Colin returns to play Mom. Margaret was of course in the original Three Men and a Baby movie and is also known for her role as Eleanor Waldorf on Gossip Girl. She has 78 acting credits.
- Miles Marthaller plays Thomas. This young actor has five acting credits including an appearance as Young Frank Jr. on The Chicken Sisters and last year’s Round and Round.
- Erin Karpluk plays Caroline. Erin returns to Hallmark in her first appearance since Mrs. Miracle. With 92 acting credits, Erin has been in a ton of series including playing the title role in the series “Being Erica.”
- Nicole Major returns as Sophie. Nicole has 29 acting credits and in addition to the first Three Wise Men, she also appeared with Paul and Kimberley in Wedding Every Weekend.
- Fiona Vroom plays Susie. Fiona can currently be seen in the Canadian crime drama “Murder in a Small Town.” We last saw her on Hallmark in “Curious Caterer: Forbidden Fruit“.
- Matt Hamilton returns as Mark LeClark. Matt has 66 acting credits and recently appeared with Paul in The Cases of Mystery Lane: Death is Listening.
- Christopher Shyer, aka alternate universe Peter Gallagher, plays Pastor Roy. Christopher has 95 acting credits and can also be seen in Family Practice Mysteries: Coming Home and Friends and Family Christmas for Hallmark.
- Sebastian Billingsly Rodriguez plays Dev. Sebastian is having a big year, appearing as Theo on Holidazed and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever out in theaters. He has 23 total acting credits.
- Laren Chan plays Ye-Jun and this is her first acting credit!
