Revelations About Time Travel – Jake and Alice drop time-traveler bombs on Elliot and Nick, revealing that both Colton and Casey were time travelers. Nick, bless his heart, is absolutely floored to realize that just about everyone in his orbit has taken a dip in the magical time pond. Jacob gives a dramatic retelling of young Colton’s grand entrance into 1814 and his farming advice.

Kat and Alice Struggle With Their Love Lives – Kat confesses to kissing Tom in 1816 and realizes her relationship with Elliot is beyond repair. Alice, overwhelmed by signs pointing toward a future with Max, breaks up with Noah. Meanwhile, her once-hostile dynamic with Max takes a surprising turn, shifting from snarky rivals to something almost… friendly. What we have here, friends, is a classic Hallmark enemies to lovers trope.

Nick’s Pond Obsession – Nick just won’t drop the pond mystery, poking around like a detective with no case. Then he flat-out tells Del he knows – only for her to not react at all, despite her whole “family secret” speech. And his not-so-subtle mentions of his no-nonsense girlfriend, Claire? Feels a little too on the nose – could Susanna be alive and well in the present?

Casey is K.C. – Well, Casey definitely isn’t short of Cassandra. What is it? Katherine Coyle? Katherine Cyrus? Katherine Colton? Kitty Cat?

Tensions Rise in 1816 – Kat arrives at Lingermore, where Cyrus is stirring up hostility against the Landrys, accusing them of making a deal with the devil. Meanwhile, Susanna admits she made a deal with Cyrus to protect her chosen family, the Landrys. A mob sets the Landry house on fire. Remember the details about a fire in the episode where they messed with the spirit board?

Young Colton’s Guilt and a Shocking Reveal – As the Landry house burns, Kat discovers young Colton is the one to rescue Jacob. He mutters, “This is all my fault” before running away.

Del’s Reflection and Moving Forward – Del struggles with the revelation of Colton’s time-traveling past, wondering why he kept such secrets. She puts her faith in Kat and Alice to uncover the truth.
