Alice, for her part, continues balancing two timelines—spending time with her mom as a teenager while secretly comparing Young Brady with the dad she knows in the present. Her growing friendship with Nick deepens (cue nineties movie night), while Kat begins to forge new connections of her own—some with Monica, and some with Dr. Andy.
The episode culminates in one of the show’s most dramatic farm scenes yet: Del’s cow finally gives birth, with Elliot stepping in to help, just as Brady returns to Port Haven—setting the stage for even more complicated family drama.
