In The Forsytes Episode 5, the drama leans fully into its soapy side – and honestly, we’re here for it. As Irene tires to settle into life in London, the cracks in her marriage to Soames become harder to ignore, especially when his version of love starts to look a lot like control. Meanwhile, Jolyon tries to do right by Louisa and their children, setting off a chain reaction. With reputations on the line, loyalties shifting, and more than a few well-placed cutting remarks, this episode proves that beneath all the polished manners, the Forsytes are just as messy as any modern-day drama.
