Remember Sunday
For our final February Hallmark Hall of Fame review, we’re talking about Remember Sunday — the quietly emotional romance starring Alexis Bledel and Zachary Levi. The story follows Molly, a lonely waitress with big dreams, who meets Gus, a charming and slightly quirky jewelry store clerk living with short-term memory loss after a brain aneurysm. Every day is a reset for him… but not for her. What unfolds is less fluffy rom-com and more thoughtful romantic drama, as these two try to build something meaningful when tomorrow never remembers today. This one might just earn its Hall of Fame title.
Remember Sunday originally aired on April 21, 2013, on ABC, as part of the Hallmark Hall of Fame anthology. It is currently available to stream on Hallmark+.

- Remember Sunday was directed by Jeff Bleckner. Jeff has a total of 85 directing credits which includes several Hallmark HOF movies including Loving Leah and Beyond the Blackboard.
- Michael Kase and Barry Morrow share writing credit.
- Michael Kase has only one writing credit and it’s this movie.
- Barry Morrow is an Emmy and Academy Award winning writer best known for the 1988 screenplay Rain Main.
- Alexis Bledel stars as Molly. Alexis is best known for her role as Rory on Gilmore Girls and Emily on The Handmaid’s Tale. This role came six years after Gilmore ended.
- Zachary Levi co-stars as Gus. Zachary has 78 acting credits and is best known for role as Chuck in the sitcom Chuck.
- Merritt Weaver plays sister Lucy. With 54 acting credits, Merritt had a significant role as Zoey in the series Nurse Jackie appearing in 80 episodes.
- Valerie Azlynn plays roommate Jolene. Valerie has appeared in many network sitcoms including Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, and Hot in Cleveland.
- Barry Shabaka Henley appears as Baptise. He has well over 100 acting credits with a long running role as Uncle Tunde in Bob Hearts Abishola. He most recently appeared in the reboot of The Comeback.
- David Hoffman appears as friend Jerry. He’s another actor who has appeared in many projects like Modern Family, Castle and Bones.
- Jerry Adler plays jewelry shop owner Sam. Jerry had 60 acting credits with roles in The Good Wife, Mad About You, and The Sopranos. Jerry passed late 2025.
