After a full slate of holiday movies we’re ready to cleanse our palette with what appears to be a complete lack of winter themed movies. But hey, maybe we’re wrong. Perhaps we’ll find Ashely Newbrough and Marcus Rosner golfing among snowcapped mountains!

What’s Coming to the Hallmark Channel in January 2024

Kick off the new year with four new romantic movies and a new season of the beloved family drama “The Way Home” on Hallmark Channel in January 2024!

Love on the Right Course

Premieres SAT JAN 6 8/7c Starring Ashley Newbrough and Marcus Rosner

Whitney (Newbrough), a struggling professional golfer aiming to qualify for her upcoming European tournament, faces uncertainties about her career’s future. Fearing her diminishing professional prospects, she returns to Budapest, where her family owns a golf course.

There, she discovers that her father, who has become reclusive following his wife’s death, has entrusted the club’s daily operations to a laid-back new golf pro, Daniel (Rosner). Whitney’s disciplined approach clashes with Daniel’s easygoing style, disrupting her game. As they gradually understand each other, a romantic connection blossoms. However, when Whitney’s former trainer reemerges and sidelines Daniel, it jeopardizes not only her game but also her chance at true love.

First Impression: We’re going to give Hallmark one more chance to make a sports movie that doesn’t make us want to boo from the stands.

Betty (Mailey) has been cursed since childhood, facing continuous romantic failures. Despite her history of relationship disasters, when she encounters Alex (Grazzini), the allure to give love another shot becomes too compelling to resist. Romance With a Twist

Premieres SAT JAN 27 8/7c Starring Jocelyn Hudon and Oliver Renaud

Luna (Hudon), once a dancer who left her passion behind to manage her family’s construction business, seizes the opportunity to convert a gymnasium into an aerial studio. While stealing a moment to dance in the silks, she is unexpectedly discovered by Bennet (Renaud), a seasoned aerialist who has recently returned home from global performances.

Bennet is initially displeased to find his contractor experimenting on the silks, but when his show partner drops out, he convinces Luna to join him. Amid the challenges of the demanding sport and Luna rediscovering her dance roots, their connection deepens. The question arises: Will their relationship falter, or can they find a way to ascend to new heights together?

First Impression: Jocelyn Hudon is a classically trained ballerina, so we think she can bring it in the aerial silk scenes.
