Love Finds You

Hallmark Channel officially kicks off Fall Into Love 2026 with Love Finds You, starring Aimee Teegarden and Chris McNally. Teegarden plays Alex, a jewelry designer who receives a mislabeled package and becomes convinced the contents point her toward her ideal man. Enter Jack (McNally), the delivery driver who gets roped into a citywide hunt for the rightful owner and, naturally, helps Alex figure out what she actually wants along the way. It’s a scavenger-hunt rom-com premise, which is one of our favorite Hallmark structures when it works, because it forces two people into a car together and gives them somewhere to go. We’ll get into whether the search pays off, whether the package gimmick holds up for a full 84 minutes, and how Aimee Teegarden’s long-awaited Hallmark return lands.

The Cast of Love Finds You (Hallmark Channel – 2026)

• Eva Tavares directed this film. Hallmark fans may recognize her name from the other side of the camera — she’s acted in a pile of Hallmark movies, including Christmas on Cherry Lane, A Bridesmaid in Love, and Single and Ready to Jingle. She came up through Hallmark’s Make Her Mark program for female directors, made her directorial debut with last year’s The Christmas Baby, and followed it with Texas Two-Step this past June. Small-world note: she also appears in the cast of An Easter Bloom, which happens to be Aimee Teegarden’s most recent Hallmark movie.
• Charlie Shahnaian and Shari Simpson share writing credit. The two have been writing partners for years across theater, film, and TV — they wrote the Disney Channel movie The Swap together, and their previous Hallmark credit is Color My World with Love from 2022.
• Aimee Teegarden stars as Alex. This is Teegarden’s first Hallmark movie since An Easter Bloom in spring 2024, and only her second since 2022. Hallmark fans know her from My Christmas Family Tree and Once Upon a Christmas Miracle, and everyone else knows her as Julie Taylor on Friday Night Lights.
• Chris McNally stars as Jack. The When Calls the Heart star is having a moment this fall — he’s in this one, and he also turns up later in the Fall Into Love lineup alongside Julie Gonzalo, his real-life partner.
• Sacha Joseph appears as Eva.
• Fun bit of trivia: this movie was shopping around under the working title Return to Sender before Hallmark landed on Love Finds You.

Love Finds You is the leadoff hitter for Hallmark’s eight-movie Fall Into Love event, which runs Saturday nights right up to the start of Countdown to Christmas in October. This year’s lineup leans hard on When Calls the Heart alumni as Chris McNally, Kevin McGarry, and Alvina August all show up. We’ve also got two mysteries, two Halloween movies, and the long-awaited return of Lori Loughlin’s Garage Sale Mystery franchise.
