About Jingle Bell Run

  • Lucie Guest directed Jingle Bell Run. Lucie is an accomplished actor, writer, and director. In addition to Jingle Bell Run she also directed The Santa Class and Christmas Under the Lights. She also appeared as part of the ensemble cast in Holidazed, Hallmark’s first-ever limited holiday series, which premiered on Hallmark+ in November 2024 and made its Hallmark Channel broadcast debut during Christmas in July 2025.
  • Tom McCurrie and Stephanie Sourpas wrote Jingle Bell Run. Tom has 6 writing credits while Stephanie has three. Together they co-wrote Crimes of Fashion: Killer Clutch as well as Making Spirits Bright.
  • Ashley Williams stars as Avery. Ashley has become one of Hallmark’s true multi-hyphenates. Since Jingle Bell Run she starred in and executive produced two Barcelona-set movies with Alison Sweeney, To Barcelona, With Love and To Barcelona, Forever (both 2025), and starred in An Alpine Holiday during the 2025 Countdown to Christmas. Coming up she co-wrote and stars in Nothing But Love (2026), a modern twist on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. Behind the camera, her Make Her Mark initiative continues to grow, she joined the prestigious ABC/Disney directing program in 2025, and she directed an episode of The Rookie for ABC. On the Hallmark cruise Ashley revealed that Andrew Walker was her best on-screen kiss. No notes.
  • Andrew Walker plays Wes. Andrew is one of Hallmark’s most dependable leading men and has stayed incredibly busy since Jingle Bell Run. He completed five Hallmark movies in 2025, including Three Wisest Men, the third installment of the beloved trio franchise with Tyler Hynes and Paul Campbell, and She’s Making a List opposite Lacey Chabert. His most recent Hallmark movie is Kentucky Roses (May 2026), costarring Odette Annable.
  • David James Lewis plays host Keegan and we may have a new frontrunner in the nonexistent contest for most acting credits. He was a regular on the Morning Show Mysteries series and has appeared in several episodes of When Calls the Heart for Hallmark.
  • Caitlin Howden plays sister Ruby. Caitlin made her Hallmark debut as Shawna in The Chicken Sisters and returned for all of Season 2 (August 2025), making her a full series regular. The show has since been cancelled after two seasons, but Shawna was a fan favorite while it lasted.
  • Hamza Fouad plays producer Dirk. Hamza has a solid list of acting credits and also appeared in Bebe Winans’ We Three Kings during the 2024 Countdown to Christmas.
  • Brad Harder plays Brad. With a long list of acting credits, Brad alternates between murdery Lifetime movies and regular appearances on the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries.
  • Emilio Merritt plays Ramon. Hallmark fans may not have seen him before, but his credits include DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Supernatural, and Arrow.
  • According to an article on People.com, director Lucie Guest revealed there were 63 sets on this movie!
