- Mike Donis directed Hearts Around the Table: Josh’s Third Serving. This is Mike’s 17th directing credit and his first project for Hallmark Channel.
- The script for Hearts Around the Table: Josh’s Third Serving was written by Paula Tiberius, who also penned the first film in the collection, Jenna’s First Love. With a total of 12 writing credits to her name, Paula’s work also includes The Jane Mysteries: Murder at Moseby and The Heiress and the Handyman, showcasing her talent for heartfelt storytelling and engaging mystery.
- Jake Epstein stars once again as Josh. With 63 acting credits to his name, Jake is no stranger to Hallmark fans. He appeared in last year’s Mistletoe Murders and starred in all four of the Unwrapping Christmas movies.
- Stephanie Bennett stas as Ella. Stephanie has 46 acting credits with recent Hallmark appearances in His & Hers, Christmas Class Reunion, and The Nine Kittens of Christmas.

- Darlene Cooke appears as Lindsay. Darlene has 49 acting credits with roles in Hallmark movies like Napa Ever After and Holiday Heritage.
- Ashley Newbrough stars as Jenna. She was recently in the Unwrapping Christmas collection on Hallmark+ in 2024, as well as Operation Nutcracker, Love on the Right Course and Flipping for Christmas.
- Mindy Cohn – yes, that Mindy Cohn, co-stars as Angie. You will likely see Mindy reprise this role throughout the entire collection of movies. Mindy is best known for her role on The Facts of Life and has recently been seen on the series Palm Royale.
- Kathryn Davis appears as Kiki Davis. Kathryn appeared in all four Unwrapping Christmas movies that aired on Hallmark+ in 2024. We will see Kathryn lead the charge in her own story in Hearts Around the Table: Kiki’s Fourth Ingredient.
