Hallmark Channel Spring Into Love Lineup

Before we even kick off Loveuary on the Hallmark Channel, we have the announcement of the Spring Into Love lineup on the Hallmark Channel for March 2022. We dove into all of our thoughts on these movies before we had a chance to watch them with our Spring Into Love Preview Special

Spring Into Love March 2022 Lineup on the Hallmark Channel
What’s on Hallmark in March?

Hallmark Channel Spring Into Love Lineup 2022

At this point, we are surprised to see that the March lineup is so light. Will we get more announcements about additional movies coming to the channel? It’s possible! But, with only two movies on The Hallmark Channel, plus one on Movies and Mysteries, we have to wonder if When Calls the Heart is the real thunder stealer this month.

Frankly, we would be shocked to see a month with only two original movies on the main channel. That didn’t happen even once in 2022. Given the success of New Year New Movies this year, that would be doubly surprising. We’ll keep you updated as information rolls in.

When Calls the Heart Season 9

Premieres Sunday March 6

While we aren’t Hearties ourselves, we know that this season has been hotly anticipated. Fans will enjoy Kevin McGarry and Erin Krakow.

Want more Kevin McGarry? Listen to our thoughts on The Wedding Veil starring Kevin McGarry and Lacey Chabert.

Feeling Butterflies

Premieres Saturday March 12

Starring: Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace

Update: It turns out this is a “Bonus Original,” but since it aired in March we’re leaving it here!

Both of these actors have had roles in When Calls the Heart, although Kayla Wallace is a newcomer to starring the original movies. We’re thrilled to see a second movie from Kevin McGarry this year, so close on the heels of The Wedding Veil.

The Presence of Love

Premiers Sunday March 13 on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries

Starring: Eloise Mumford and Julian Morris

Julian Morris was most recent in A Royal Queens Christmas during the 2021 Countdown to Christmas season, but Eloise Mumford is another Hallmark newcomer. As much as we have our favorites in the Hallmark lineup, we’re thrilled to see fresh faces on the channel.

A Second Chance at Love

Premieres Saturday March 26

Starring: Gloria Reuben and Eric LaSalla

Yes! From ER! We were just saying that we need more second chance love stories from Hallmark and now Hallmark delivers. This is Eric and Gloria’s first time together on screen since their days on ER. We love this casting, and we love the premise of this movie!

Just One Kiss

Premieres Saturday April 2

Starring: Krysta Rodriguez, Santino Fontana, Illeana Douglas, and Aido Tuturro

Krysta Rodriguez and Santino Fontana are a Hallmark newcomers, but you might recognize Santino as the voice of Hans from Frozen! We’re looking forward to this tale of a college professor and comedian who keep running into each other.

Always Amore

Premieres Sunday April 3 on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries

Starring: Tyler Hynes, Autumn Reeser and Patty McCormack

We usually stick to movies on the Hallmark channel, but how could we resist a movie starring Tyler and Autumn? We absolutely can not! Look for a review on the podcast in early April!

A Royal Runaway Romance

Premieres: Saturday April 9

Starring: Brandt Daughtery and Phillipa Northeast

We recently saw Brandt in The Baker’s Son and we’re looking forward to some more of those smoldering eyes. Philippa is an Australian actress and another Hallmark newcomer. We love a royal falls in love with a commoner storyline!

Curious Caterer: Dying for Chocolate

Premieres: Sunday April 10 on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries

Starring: Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker

Did Hallmark make these movies with us in mind specifically? OBVIOUSLY we are going to make the trek over to Movies and Mysteries for this movie as well! Nikki DeLoach is a longtime fave and we adored Andrew in My Christmas Family Tree. This time they play a detective and caterer who team up to solve a mystery!

Love, Classified

Premieres: Saturday April 16

Starring: Melora Hardin, Steve Bacic, Arienne Mandi, Katherine McNamara, and Max Lloyd Jones

We LOVE Melora Hardin from her turn as Jaqueline on The Bold Type. Here she plays a romance novelist who, perhaps, meddles in the lives of her adult children. What? Mom’s just in town for a book tour!

A Tail of Love

Premieres: Saturday April 23

Starring: Brittany Bristow and Chris McNally

It feels like no coincidence that we have movies starring When Calls the Heart leads lately. Hearties can’t get enough! Of course we saw Chris McNally in Snowkissed last year – we didn’t love the movie but we’re big fans of his! We haven’t seen Brittany in a Hallmark movie in a while and we’re hoping to see her star alongside some cute pups in this movie about a struggling dog rescue.
