What’s Coming to Hallmark Channel this Fall
We have been asking for more fall-themed movies, and Hallmark has delivered with a delightful selection that captures the essence of the season. Here are the six new Hallmark films that will make you fall in love with the season all over again.
“His & Hers” – Premieres September 7 on Hallmark Channel
Starting off the Hallmark Channel fall movies 2024 lineup is “His & Hers,” starring fan favorites Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott.
Synopsis: Dana (Chabert) and Mark (Elliott) are a married couple and high-powered lawyers at two separate New York City law firms. As their professional lives clash, they must navigate their relationship and find a balance between love and career.
First impression: Fans are over the moon to see Lacey and Brennan team up again for their 10th Hallmark movie! And here’s the cherry on top: top-notch director Linda-Lisa Hayter is at the helm, working her magic on a script from the incredible Joie Botkin, who always nails those deliciously complicated family dramas.

“The Cases of Mystery Lane: Death is Listening” – Premieres September 13 on Hallmark Mystery
For comdey-mystery enthusiasts, the Hallmark Channel fall movies 2024 lineup includes “The Cases of Mystery Lane: Death is Listening” on September 13. This sequel reunites Paul Campbell and Aimee Garcia, and co-stars Peter Benson!
Synopsis: Birdie (Garcia) and Alden (Campbell) bond over their shared love of true crime podcasts. However, when their favorite host suddenly dies, they team up with Officer Newton (Matt Hamilton) to investigate a lineup of sinister suspects.
First impression: With writing partners Joel Dovev and Margaux Froley back in action, along with director Mike Rohl, this one’s got us on the edge of our seats. We can’t wait to see what Alden (Campbell) gets mixed up in next!
“The Heiress and the Handyman” – Premieres September 14 on Hallmark Channel
Next up in the Hallmark Channel fall movies 2024 is “The Heiress and the Handyman,” starring Jodie Sweetin and Corey Sevier.
Synopsis: After losing her fortune, heiress June Waltshire (Sweetin) moves to a rural farm and mistakes her handsome neighbor Bart Hudson (Sevier) for the handyman. Together, they work to reclaim her family’s fall fair legacy, with plenty of apple pies and livestock parades along the way.
First impression: Vineyard, blueberry farm… this movie sounds like it might fall in line with some other Hallmark favorites.
“Falling Together” – Premieres September 21 on Hallmark Channel
“Falling Together” stars Ashley Williams and Paul Campbell in a project about a subject near and dear to Williams’ heart. This one premieres on World Alzheimer’s day!
Synopsis: Natalie (Williams) relocates to Pittsburgh for work and eagerly integrates into her new community. Her involvement in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s leads to unexpected connections and heartwarming moments that will resonate with viewers.
First impression: We have a really good feeling about this one! Ashley Williams is so damn likable and we can’t wait to see her paired with Paul Campbell.
“The Real West” – Premieres September 28 on Hallmark Channel
“The Real West,” part of the Hallmark Channel fall movies 2024, stars Kimberley Sustad, Lucas Bryant, and James Denton.
Synopsis: A family vacation to a working ranch introduces Professor Rebecca (Sustad) to cowboy Jake West (Bryant), whose complicated past adds depth to their budding relationship. As Rebecca, a widowed mom of two, navigates this new chapter, sparks fly, but Jake’s availability becomes a looming question.
First impression: We *think* this might be the script Kimberely Sustad referenced in this interview where she called it “an amazing tale” and “almost like ‘City Slickers.’ Bonus: she said the script was written with Paul Campbell. Can’t wait to get more information on this one!
“A Sprinkle of Deceit: A Hannah Swensen Mystery” – Premieres October 4 on Hallmark Mystery
Fire up the ovens, Hannah Swensen is back with another crime and some scrumptious desserts. “A Sprinkle of Deceit: A Hannah Swensen Mystery” premiers on October 4th
Synopsis: As Hannah (Ali Sweeney) teams up with Chad (Victor Webster) to prove a friend’s innocence, she unexpectedly lands in the crosshairs of the killer. Meanwhile, Delores (Barbara Niven) gets swept into the world of acting, all while investigating the case in her own unique way.
First impression: We’re eagerly awaiting the return of Victor Webster as Chad.
“Autumn at Apple Hill” – Premieres October 5 on Hallmark Channel

Synopsis: Newly divorced Elise (Cahill) is renovating an inn she inherited from her grandparents. Rounding out the Fall into Love lineup is “Haunted Wedding,” starring Janel Parrish, Dominic Sherwood, and Cassandra Potenza.
Synopsis: Amateur ghost hunters Jane (Parrish) and Brian (Sherwood) are looking forward to their wedding at a famously haunted inn, but their plans are disrupted by unexpected polter-guest Angelique (Potenza) – a ghost in an 18th-century wedding dress, who mistakes Brian for her long-dead fiancé. This spooky yet romantic film is a fitting conclusion to the Hallmark Channel fall movies 2024 season.
First impression: We’re not surprised to see another ghost movie with Hallmark’s success of “3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost” – plus, it’s written by the talented Nina Weinman (Catch Me If You Claus) and directed by the incredible Jeff Beesley (The Santa Summit).
