Countdown to Christmas may be over, but the debate is just heating up.

How Does the Girls Gone Hallmark Best Of Movie Bracket Work?
The winner of the Girls Gone Hallmark Best Of Movie Bracket is decided entirely by you. Voting opens nightly in our Instagram Stories beginning January 2, 2026 at 5 PM PST. Each round will remain open until noon PST the following day, giving Hallmark fans a full window to help crown the best movie of the 2025 Countdown to Christmas season.
Here’s how we’re doing it this year:
- There were 24 brand-new Hallmark Christmas movies this season.
- The Top 8 seeds reflect what you loved most all season. Rankings, feedback, and fan chatter helped determine these picks, and these movies receive a bye in Round 1.
- Everything else is randomly seeded for maximum March Madness–style chaos.
Think of this bracket like March Madness. It’s a single-elimination tournament – one loss and a movie is out. No second chances, no rewrites, just win or go home.
For clarity: the Cherry Lane movies are not included since they were not new this season, and we’re also excluding series titles like Mistletoe Murders, Twelve Dates of Christmas, and Finding Mr. Christmas.
Let’s keep this fun. There’s no prize on the line – no hardware, no confetti cannons – just bragging rights and the title of Girls Gone Hallmark Best Of Winner. So please don’t create fake accounts or unleash the bots. It has happened. We wish we were joking.
