Highlights from the Finding Mr. Christmas Reunion
One of the most immediately satisfying things about the Finding Mr. Christmas Reunion was how genuinely comfortable the guys were with one another. The gentle ribbing landed right away, and it never felt forced or performative – this wasn’t a cast politely reuniting for TV, but a group of men who clearly shared a real experience.
It was genuinely fun to hear what life has looked like for the guys since their time at Balsam Hill House™ – from Marcus heading straight into filming the very next day, to Rustin fully committing to a new Elvis look and releasing Christmas music, to Jake landing a cameo in A Bills Love Story. And then there was Angel, casually delivering the most emotional update of all: he’s about to become a dad.

When Melissa Peterman swept in to hand out gifts to some of her favorite men, the reunion officially entered its Holiday Hype Woman Era. Equal parts warmth and charm, she delivered exactly what we needed – silly presents, genuine affection, and that unmistakable Melissa magic.
Jonathan followed with his delightfully unserious acting awards, which were all fun and games where Angel won “Best Connection” for his scene with Sharon Lawrence. We love Angel, but yes – the hair tuck happened. You remember it. We remember it. Moving on together.
By the end of it all, what really landed for us was just how easy it’s been to root for every single one of these ten guys. Watching them grow, support one another, and lean into the experience turned this from a competition into something genuinely special. We’ve laughed, debated, cheered them on, and yes – grown pretty attached. Wherever their paths lead next, we’re wishing each of them nothing but good roles and a future full of momentum.

Our Day on the Finding Mr. Christmas Reunion Set
Now for the part we will absolutely be talking about forever: our day on set. We were introduced as “super fans,” which – listen – we’ll take. We’ve been championing this show since Season 1, and it was genuinely special to be part of that moment. We got to ask questions, and someone is eternally grateful the edit did not include her absolutely whooping it up behind Gabriel during his dance moment. A mercy. A gift. The Hallmark gods were kind.

The set itself was shockingly legit. Big, polished, reunion-level production with a massive backdrop and real-deal TV energy. Think Housewives reunion, but make it cozy, twinkly, and emotionally safe. The crew and producers – across the board – were kind, welcoming, and made us feel like we actually belonged there (a detail you do not forget).
Jonathan deserves his own paragraph because he was the all-day MVP: warm hugs, encouragement, humor, zero ego… for a very long day. Twelve hours, easily. Never once turned it off. That stuff matters.

And then there was the press line chaos, in the best possible way. Davey and Gabriel went first and – respectfully – left us breathless. Tall, handsome, wildly kind, with Gabriel especially winning us over with humor and humility that made us root for him even harder. Craig obliged to our request for a Santini impression. Drake brought sharp black suit, golden retriever puppy energy. Angel was warm and thoughtful. Logan was sweet. Robbie was incredible – our new bestie. a Jake was exactly as lovely as expected. Rustin’s post-show haircut and shave? Mesmerizing. Marcus? Just as handsome in person. Every single one of the guys was gracious, excited, and professional.

Add in the extremely Hallmark-coded moment of meeting Jonathan’s husband Jaymes and their dog Brad, the collective laughter, the potty-mouth moments we’ll take to our graves, and the perfectly timed “we’re not worthy” bit (whoever orchestrated that – -thank you). Our one regret? Missing Melissa, who popped in and out as a surprise guest. That one stung. But overall, the love we felt was real, affirming, and deeply surreal. Still processing. Probably always will be.
