- Double Scoop was directed by Peter Sullivan, who has over 50 directing credits. His past work includes the 2024 Netflix holiday film The Merry Gentleman starring Chad Michael Murray, along with darker thrillers like Trapped in Her Dorm Room and You Better Watch Out.
- The script for Double Scoop was written by Cara J. Russell, who has 14 writing credits. Her work includes the 2020 Hallmark movie A Valentine’s Match starring Luke Macfarlane and Bethany Joy Lenz, along with several other films that have aired on competing networks.
- Taylor Cole stars as Nora. She was last seen on Hallmark in the 2024 movie A Reason for the Season and also appeared as herself in this year’s Christmas at Sea Hallmark Cruise documentary.
- Ryan McPartlin co-stars as James. He has 69 acting credits to his name and most recently appeared on Hallmark in A Very Vermont Christmas from 2024. Fans might also recognize him from the Nikki DeLoach movie A Kind of Magic, which is also known by its alternate title You Cast a Spell on Me.
- Elisa Donovan plays Nora’s boss Alexandra. Best known for her iconic role as Amber in the 1995 film Clueless, Elisa has 58 acting credits including roles in two Hallmark movies both from the early 2000s.
- Patrick Muldoon plays James’ boss Everett. With 96 acting credits, he’s best known for his role in the cult sci-fi film Starship Troopers, as well as major stints on Days of Our Lives and the primetime drama Melrose Place.
- Jacklyn Collier plays bestie Shannon. With 21 acting credits, Jacks has appeared in Hallmark projects like Love, Fall & Order in 2019 and the holiday film Fit for Christmas in 2022. She’s also a familiar voice to fans as a recurring contributor to the Deck the Hallmark podcast.
- Chonda Pierce plays Ann Marie Darlington. Chonda has 11 acting credits and has previously appeared on Hallmark in the 2015 movie Christmas Land.
- Tim Abell plays Matthew Darlington. Tim has over 100 acting credits and has appeared in everything from CSI, NCIS, and JAG.
- Sofia Shakarian plays Josie. Double Scoop marks her fourth on-screen acting credit.
