Summary
Episode 3: Peril of the Belles – Part 1
When a series of suspicious “accidents” hit the local choir, Emily goes undercover to get to the bottom of it because in Fletcher Grove, even holiday harmonies can turn deadly. With the former choir leader gone under mysterious circumstances and the new lead dodging danger at every turn, Emily follows her instincts despite Sam Wilner’s ever-present side-eye. Meanwhile, Violet steps up at the shop as Emily dives deeper into the danger.
Episode 4: Peril of the Belles – Part 2
The choir’s holiday rehearsals take a dark turn – more “accidents,” more questions, and definitely more secrets. As Emily and Sam begin working in better harmony, the mystery surrounding Clara’s death sharpens. When Violet lands in a dangerous situation, Emily’s cool under pressure and her secret past help her save the day.
About Mistletoe Murders
- Mistletoe Murders was created by Ken Cuperus and he’s credited with writing the first two episodes of the series. Ken was the executive producer of the Mistletoe Murders podcast series which the TV series was based on. He’s also been a writer and a producer on the series Hudson and Rex.
- Grant Harvey directed the first two episodes of Mistletoe Murders. For Hallmark Grant has also directed 14 episodes of The Way Home. His additional directing projects include Heartland and Orphan Black.
- Sarah Drew plays Emily Lane, our shop owner with a mysterious past. Sarah has 53 acting credits including 204 episodes of Grey’s Anatomy as April Kepner. For Hallmark she has appeared in Branching Out, One Summer andGuiding Emily.
- Peter Mooney plays Detective Sam Wilner. Peter must have Big Cop Energy because among his acting credits including roles in series like Rookie Blue and Burden of Truth.
- Sierra Marilyn Ryley plays teenager Violet Wilner. This was her first acting project and she has since appeared in the series Motorheards.
- Kylee Evans plays town busybosy Brooke Carmichael. You might recognize Kylee as Stephanie from the series Good Witch.
- Lara Amersay plays June Hubble, murder suspect and Emily’s bestie. Lara has had roles in Workin’ Moms as well as the Prime Video series Cross.
- David Hewlett plays Ray, the furniture salesperson with a shady side hustle. David has a deep resume. His longest running role was on Stargate: Atlantis where he appeared on 99 episodes.
- Steve Lund plays Marcus Donavan. Steve was in all four Hearts Around the Table movies and is appearing in season 3 of Sullivan’s Crossing.
- Mistletoe Murders is based on the Audible Original Podcast by the same name.
